Sorry to hear that your box has been damaged

Our courier transports a huge amount of boxes up and down the UK every single day. And your parcel will have gone through many van changes between leaving our warehouse and reaching your front door. Despite our courier’s best efforts to care for your box, occasional damage can happen while boxes are moved from van to van. Which is why we can’t promise 100% pristine packaging.

Don’t worry, though. Our packaging is designed to protect the contents so we’re confident that everything will be in excellent condition but should there be any damage whatsoever to the contents please contact our customer serice agents right away on 01133 202490 or via emial cs@otty.com who will be happy to help.
