At OTTY, we understand that our products may not be suitable for everyone. That's why we offer a sleep trial, allowing you to thoroughly test our products. If you find that the product isn't right for you, you can return it within the specified trial period and receive a full refund.
What Sleep Trial is Available for OTTY Products?
We offer different sleep trial durations based on the product type:
- Mattresses: 100-night trial
- Rejuvenated Mattresses: 30-night trial (purchased directly from www.otty.com)
- Bed Frames: 30-night trial
- Pillows, Duvets, Bedding & Toppers: 14-night trial (customer covers return costs)
- Mattress Covers: 14-night trial (customer covers return costs)
Is the Sleep Trial Free?
When you make a purchase, you will pay for the product upfront. However, if you decide to return it within the sleep trial period, you will receive a full refund.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We offer an exchange if your mattress does not meet your expectations or comfort level within the 100-night sleep trial. It’s best to speak with one of our OTTY sales team members for more details.
The 100 nights sleep trial if offered to test a comfort level and not to be used as a size test. If you select the wrong size it is at the discretion of OTTY Sleep Ltd to offer an exchange to another size
When Does the Sleep Trial Start?
The sleep trial begins on the day of delivery, not the day you open the mattress.
Do I Need to Keep the Mattress in Plastic Wrap During the Trial?
No, there is no need to keep the mattress in its plastic wrapper during the trial. We want you to fully experience our OTTY mattress, so feel free to remove the plastic and sleep on it like you would with any other mattress.
How Do I Return a Product Within the Sleep Trial Period?
If you need to return a product within its sleep trial period, please email returns@otty.com, and they will guide you through the returns process. You can find more information about our returns process at our returns and refunds page.
What Happens After the Sleep Trial Ends?
Once your sleep trial period expires, you won't be able to return the OTTY product if you decide it's not suitable for you. However, if you encounter any faults with your OTTY product after the sleep trial, please refer to the Returns & Refunds section of our FAQs for further assistance.
