How will my refund be processed?

I’ve returned my item, how long will it take to get a refund?

Once your return has reached our warehouse and been accepted by our returns team, it will take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed we will email you to let you know.

 Will my refund be sent to my original payment method?

Yes, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

 Can my refund be sent to a different payment method?

Unfortunately not, it can be returned to your original payment method only.

 How will I be refunded if I placed my order with the finance option?

Once your order has been accepted by our returns team it will take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed we will email you to let you know and this will automatically inform the finance company and any payments made towards your purchase will be funded by them and the Direct Debit canceled.

Do not cancel your Direct Debit yourself before the application is canceled, as this could cause a missed payment and could result in a negative mark being left on your credit score.
