This is because we designed the OTTY mattress so that you sleep with the temperature-regulating foam layer on top. We did this to maximise your comfort, disperse more heat and extend the product’s lifespan.
However, due to the guarantee turning the mattress head to toe once a month for the first year and then every 3 months thereafter to keep it in great condition for longer. Rotation of the mattress has to be completed as stated as this will invalidate your guarantee if these instructions are not follows
